My background brings together enterprise networking, Microsoft Azure, hybrid infrastructure, automation and Tier 4 cloud engineering support.
I have worked in higher education, MSP, telecommunications and enterprise environments. My approach is straightforward: understand the requirement, engage the right people and carry the work through to a useful handoff.

Deployed 40+ Azure Local environments, including a 12-node stack running nearly 100 VMs. Worked on global networks serving hundreds of thousands of users.
Deployed ExpressRoute and ExpressRoute Direct across multiple service-provider regions, including BGP design, provider coordination, resiliency testing and troubleshooting.
Built dashboards combining operational telemetry, patching, vulnerabilities and configuration/inventory drift, used by senior leadership for strategic decisions.
Experience spans architecture, bills of materials, implementation, testing and operational handoff. Authored approximately 50–100 technical documents, standards, procedures and runbooks.

Cypress Meridian is focused on New Orleans-area businesses and technology partners. Engagements are delivered remotely; customer calls and engineering windows are scheduled by agreement.
Yes. A focused assessment, design review or clearly defined troubleshooting assignment is a good starting point. Any implementation identified during a review can be scoped separately.
Defined assessments can be quoted at a fixed fee after scoping. Engineering and troubleshooting may use hourly billing with an agreed spending cap. Fees and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.
No continuous on-call coverage is included by default. Urgent requests can be considered when availability allows. Response expectations and delivery windows are agreed for each engagement.
